4b. Email and text messages (CASL)
We reply to messages you send us. We send promotional emails or texts only with your consent, we identify ourselves in every message, and every message includes a simple way to unsubscribe. Filling in our contact form or Growth Audit does not add you to a mailing list.
4c. Automated assistants
Where we deploy an automated customer service assistant, for ourselves or for clients, it tells people they are talking to an automated assistant and explains how to reach a person.
